Form delivery

The website sends enquiry details to the Software Capsule business email through the hosting environment. If a third-party form, CRM or analytics provider is connected later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before that change is published.

Website measurement

The source includes conversion-event hooks but does not include an advertising or analytics identifier by default. Any measurement technology added during deployment should be configured in accordance with applicable requirements.

Retention and security
